Well at first I didn’t think the sculpaject plus wasn’t working. Because I didn’t feel it. Sooo, I did another treatment two days later. (Do not do this) the material finally started to become where I could feel it due to hydration. Plenty of massage was required to smooth product into place. I am 70 years old and have been getting my marionettes filled by injection for a few years - but I've never been happy with the results. I have recently purchased a Hyaluron Gun and have been using the ScalpaJect for fine lines. I'm extremely happy with the results. For me, the Hyaluron Gun gives a much smoother look than the injections plus there's no bruising.
