The machine itself is great! The only complaint is with communication from customer service. I paid $795 for assembly. I wish they would have waited for all my equipment to be delivered before setting up my assembly. The guy did assemble the main components but the accessories some arrived the next day became my responsibility to assemble. After having the piece of equipment for a few months, I find that it is adequate. Pretty much what I was expecting for the price point. I rate it 4/5 as there could be some upgrades like aluminum pulleys and such. I give customer service as of now a 2.5/5. The machine is awesome, but takes a long time to assemble. Followed the instructions closely and it worked out okay. Pictures/descriptions of some of the parts could be better and larger to make identification easier. Additionally, marking the parts with the part numbers would help as well. Overall great machine.

Great setup! The squat part of the smith machine is hard to setup, though. Perhaps if there was an instructional video on how to best use it? Otherwise, it is a great purchase and I've already got a couple of heavy workouts on it!
