Strong pre I usually dry scoop it and take 3 scoops. I did it with this product let’s just say I got sick. So I decided to drink it with water and do 1 scoop. That’s all I needed 1 scoop I’m set to workout 3-4 hours. Intense pre workout hypes me up immediately at the gym.

Ronnie Coleman products are always on point and really good. This is straight creatine monohydrate. No more no less, and it doesn’t have to be. It’s 120 servings per scoop. Each scoop is 2.5 g. So if you take the regular servings of 5 g of creatine, which I’m sure the vast majority of people do, that comes out to be two scoops of this product, which leaves you with 60 servings instead of 120. Even so 60 servings of creatine monohydrate isn’t bad at all.

The milk chocolate flavor has an excellent chocolatey taste. I like the long list of amino acids from alanine thru valine that are part of the mix. Also, I scoop is 25 grams of protein whereas some protein powders list 2 scoops to get the amount of protein listed on the label.
