It's decent, but if it's so "extreme" why is there such a small amount of dynamine, choline bitartrate, and teacrine? There should be a yield of at least 100 mg of dynamine, not 30-something. There should be a yield of at least 200 mg of teacrine. There should be at least a gram of choline bitartrate. Plain yeah buddy is much better, so I recommend that people just order that.

Oddly not as strong as the regular pre-workout mix. It does make me crash at odd times too, so I'll be going back to the regular strength Yeah Buddy. The Blue Razz flavor is really really good though.

To tell the truth blue razz does not taste so good and has a little bit bitter after taste. But I like it being full of EEAs which I think is better than BCAAs in terms of recovery.
