An 11: wide cushion is very uncomfortable. Pictures showing it filling the seat width are deceiving. Length could also be point. Was worth a try, but ultimately unhappy with product. Was able to get a quick return and mailing label at minimal cost. So Customer Service was great.

Fabric seam ripped, and zipper completely broke trying to remove and re-insert the pads to make useable. FINALLY got the right configuration but elastic straps had also become over-stretched with all the on & off...
It finally was "better" than my seat without it, held together with duct-tape and a configuration of the 2 elastic straps, but, after 2 rides I decided to remove the headrest (finally found out HOW) and completely turned it around. GAME CHANGER! Headrest is backwards, I am THRILLE...

I think it is a good idea however, it is not the right size. Too thick and too long. I took out the bottom half and moved it up but, still too thick. And the tapper for me needs to be greater. As it is, is too square. I'm trying to figure out how to cut it down but don't want to ruin it and not be able to return it. I wish there were more sizes to choose from. Will most likely return it and make my own. Unless there is another option.
