This cushion is excellent and solved my pain in the neck from the angle of my headrest. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because the strap does not adjust short enough for the cushion to be positioned properly in my seat - as it is now it hangs down to the seat part. It works best when positioned a few inches up from the seat.

I like that the Giraffe Cushion keeps me from being hunched over while driving. I can finally sit up straight again. It is a little too thick for my car headrest. Overall good product, but it is too thick for me and my car. I took the foam blocks out and stuffed it with a small blanket instead. Works ok but as sold, does not fit seamlessly into the car. I wish there was a 1/2 thickness or less option in softer foam.

It has fixed the issue with the headrest pushing my head too far forward and I can now sit up straight with good posture in the car. The depth of the pillow is perfect and as I have it adjusted it does go all the way to the seat bottom so there is no lumbar issue. I thought it was going to be too skinny when I first saw it, but when I put it in the car it fit well. The only downside is it's harder than my actual driver's seat. I would buy again.

So this thing works. However I think as others have mentioned it will only work for certain people. Basically the design is perfect for getting your head off the headrest. However, by doing so with the angled shape it leaves my lower back lacking support. I honestly think offering this same cusion in a straight up rectangle that has equal thickness throughout would work much better for some people.
