Love this company! Ordering was super easy! I was skeptical at first but my chicks shipped the same day I ordered them! Two days later the chicks arrived safely but two chicks were not doing well. BUT to my surprise they had put a couple extra chicks in my order so I technically didn’t lose any of my original order. I’m super happy with that! I’ll be ordering from feather lovers again soon!

I live in Arkansas and chicks were coming from California. Day 1 with the chicks seem ok. All were alive and very active after getting some food and water. After TWO delayed failed shipments of chicks by mail, this third batch finally made it ok. Of course, this time, I drove almost two hours to the post office distribution facility where they were holding the chicks. Long story short, I am happy they made it to me safely and this roller coaster ride is over.

We ordered 4 silkie chicks mid-March, they shipped on April 10th and they arrived on the morning of April 12th. We were excited to receive 4 different colors! Shadow and Tweety were the bigger of the 4 and are active and healthy. The smaller 2, Nugget and Olive, were weak upon arrival, and after extensive nursing and care, did not survive the first day.

Unfortunately USPS had extra slow delivery with my chicks (4+ days instead of 2), & they suffered for it. However, we did manage to nurse 5 out of 6 little Barnevelders back to health (one died), & are hopeful the rest of our order + replacements (7 more Barnies, 5 Lavender Wyandottes, 3 Lav Ameraucanas) will have a much better trip when they ship soon! We lost 2 out of 3 Lavender Wyandottes in the same shipment, but the remaining baby is doing well now. The Barnies have a much more rambunct...

Was very pleased with how quickly the chicks arrived. My only complaint is one of the FLF Ayams arrived half the size of others, weak, and matted in poop. After a few days of trying to nurse it back to health it died. All the others are looking good.
