Product is fine. It doesn’t save phone numbers to contact info. I needed technical help and my multiple emails went ignored until I could find a solution myself. I wouldn’t buy another product from this company.

Fast and quality is second to none

Already shared feedback several times. Paid 25 bucks for the design that I never got and then a 30 dollar credit to keep a card with a design I did not want. Alternative was to wait weeks before Im back home to get a new card and start the process all over. Asked for an extra 15 dollar credit to make it equitable but was told a flat no. You offer more credit towards a referral. Love your business concept but your customer service is poor.

Since my card came prescratched my new one whenever i get a chance to get my name changed and get my new card i need that tap to pay added free of charge but otherwise my card looks beautiful

Loved the card when I got it back but unfortunately I spent the money to have it made just to have my credit card info stolen while it was it was out of my possession, sometime during the shipping process to engraven. I only had the card for one week before I had to lock down the card, submit a claim for fraudulent charges, and be shipped a new credit card with a new number making my new Engraven card worthless. Unfortunately because of this I would highly recommend not waiting your money.

car Care is great and all but since I did an upgrade and had to replace the card and had to buy new card care, it would make more sense just to offer a discount for returning customers. makes it feel like your dollar goes farther because after upgrading and getting new card care I was still not that far off of brand new card without the card care
