I love the idea that's the reason for the purchase. I don't like the fact it leaves prints which makes smudges. I sent a credit card that had the tap feature. I received a non tap card in return. I'm not fully happy. However I have no choice.

I tried to contact y’all for weeks. I never received confirmation of my order or the card or anything else yet I got charged the very first day I booked it. I was looking for answers and ETAs. I ended up have to cancel the transaction through my VISA card because y’all wouldn’t answer. I sent emails for days for nothing. At this point I guess I’ll have to say “thanks for nothing” .

Tap2pay didn't work they informed me ahead of time an attendance or something was different with my card even though the chip did match as directed. They communicated well I paid the difference and they refunded me money for a regular card which was cool but I really wanted tap2pay. I even offered to let them experiment with me card just to try but no dice. They did also offer a full refund but I really liked the product so I stuck by their side.
