First time I used my card was at a vending machine, it scratched the coating by the chip. I was really disappointed immediately, but since then it has been just fine everywhere else and I get a lot of compliments on the metal card. If I could do anything over, I would have chosen a design versus all black.

The Engraven card itself is fantastic! However, my experience getting it was less than ideal. It was lost during delivery, and neither Engraven nor FedEx provided helpful support in tracking it down. I was essentially told to scour my neighborhood based on a picture of the delivery location and retrieve it myself.
