Had some issues with courier due to covid19, also had a damaged cover on my arm rest but was "quickly" rectified again considering the current situation things did take a little longer. your customer service on FB was excellent, on the phone not so much. I'm sure most if not all of this was down to Covid-19 though.

Originally bought a Pro XL however the racing frame on the seat didn’t work for me. The guys at GT Omega couldn’t have been more helpful to ensure I had a chair that was completely right for me. Love this cockpit. Using a Fanatac Clubsport v2.5, and even though I don't use full FFB force, even at 100% the cockpit handles it well. It works very well with the rig, and creates that additional space in the room now the table for the monitor has gone. As we all the GT Omega kit, you have to study the instructions for a while :-) but apart from that delighted. Shipping is always prompt, well packed and great updates on the delivery

The frame was recommended to me as I don't have space for a full racing rig and have never used a wheel for racing games before. Was delivered quickly, easy to get set up, comes with all the fixings you'll need for the popular brands and is very sturdy. I purchased this seat and it’s really sturdy, the cushions are attached with Velcro so they are washable. With use of the psvr2 and this seat that hugs you just adds to the immersion. Shame I’m slightly too big for it so it would be great if they made an xl version of this seat. Once again customer service is 100%. Highly recommended please please make one for the larger thighed person 😂 Maybe seat cushion being 45cm-50cm wide instead of 40cm.

Great cockpit, Im not an expert but nice and sturdy with T150, a tiny bit of movement in the back of the seat under hard braking but not a problem at all. Pretty easy to put together and with addition of castor wheels it wheels in and out of rooms easily. Would highly recommend to anyone into racing. Delivered as promised. Easily 5 stars!

First off ignore my monitor, it's temporary. The mount when it comes is very easy and quick to set up. My PXN V10 fits on nicely with the pre drilled holes on the mount. Took quite a while to setup but its expected. Most of that time was adjusting for my preference. Only little negative I could say is the anodising is quite easy to mark if you are not careful. I first bought my classic wheel stand back in 2016. I bought the seat base and xlrs as my old seat was dead, and I couldn't be happier. I'm a larger gentlemen, but this fits me fine, with room to slide, and tilt if needed, great solid product. My only gripe was no instructions came to show me how to assemble the actual seat, but they can be found online. The base was a but fiddly, but I expected that. It's very strong, perfect for my weight and more.
