I really like the comfort of it. I wear it to bed and listen to meditation on my phone and usually fall asleep. If I wake up at night. I sometimes take the headband off. I do wish that I didn’t have to remember to turn the headband to off in the morning in order to return the sound to my phone.

I fall asleep listening to audio books and this is perfect since the tiny / flat speakers are in the headband and can be positioned/repositioned as needed.
