My daughter asked me to make them a witch hat. After finding your pattern and helpful video, I made the hat with the blocks. Then I made the orange one and the purple one. My daughter has a cat. I used your measurement ratio and adjusted the size for the cat. I used batting and not the foam so the hats have movement like fabric. It was a fun project. Thank you.

Enjoyed making this reading pillow. I liked the fact that there were several different style options available. Since this reading pillow was a gift for a 1 year old I made a detachable strap using kam snap clips. Instructions were easy to follow. Struggled with the piping, but it was my first time using piping & I’m sure over time that technique will improve. Thanks for the great pattern!

This was a great pattern with easy to follow directions. It will serve a dual purpose as a tool bag/treat bag for my granddaughter's Halloween costume and then will be a great bag to carry her favorite things. I liked the option of the removable handle and will use it in the future with the Halloween faces.

I’m new to Quilting. This is my third quilt and I’m still learning. What I learned from this one is cut your large pieces first, so when you get to the end and you’ve made a mistake cut you still have big pieces left….. such a easy pattern to follow and I love the way it looks. I made extra copies of supply list and worksheet pages. Added 5 pocket dividers for patterns/swatches and monthly dividers as well. I think this is a great pair. I’ve made it several times. The instructions are clear. The only thing I did the last time, I cut the binding for the inside rim on the inside 2” your on the diet so I had more room to fold it over and sit down. Thought I was fighting too much to turn it over and stitch down. I love this pattern

The Monthly Digital Project Planner with Calendars works perfectly for me. I am able to print the number of sheets I want and put them in any order in my notebook. Because I can use a three-ring binder, I added pockets for patterns or swatches that I want to have handy. It is also easy to take out a pocket or project page when I am heading to the quilt store to pick up additional fabric.

As a beginner, this is my first pieced quilt, so I had a lot of quick learning to do! This pattern is simple fabric strips eliminating my worry of complicated piecing. After I created the 18 three-strip blocks, I decided to stitch the blocks together slightly different from the instructions. Instead of stitching a vertical column of 6 blocks, I stitched a horizontal row of 3 blocks then put the horizontal rows together, which worked out well for me. This quilt will be perfect for my new grandson...

This was my first time sewing a proper bag. I didn’t want a standard tote, so when I saw the design of this bag, I fell in love with it. I try to surround myself with things that make me happy and I achieved that with my fabric choices. This holds a lot and has been great for work. I even put my 22oz water bottle in an outside pocket with plenty of room to spare. I can’t recommend this pattern enough. Thrilled with my bag! I wanted this bag to be soft and smooshy so I could put it under an airline seat. To that end I omitted the piping and only used foam on the bottom piece. The lining is a bright red prequilted nylon. I added a trolley sleeve too. Can’t wait to make this bag again! The Riley Blake video tutorial is super helpful, btw.
