I actually turn this around when I sleep and use my usual pillow, but this allows my feet on the pillow section and I can turn from side to side to hug the sides and throw my leg over. Since sleeping with this my hip pain that I usually suffer terribly from has been so much better. 100% guarantee you won't be disappointed. Any other time watching movies etc I use the traditional way and it is so snuggly.

Gave it 5 stars, but the only thing is wrong is that the headband gets a bit hot in the hot weather and maybe you could make a summer weight set with lighter material.

AMAZING! I was worried that it may not be firm enough, especially with the head area.. (considering ive frequently got pregnancy acid reflux) but its perfect! Helps with the reflux. Love the pillow. Love it so much. Purchased it post shoulder surgery (about 8-10 weeks later and still barely sleeping) and wish I'd had one years ago. I sleep so much better and back is way less sore. The only issue (and why it didn't relieve 5 stars) is the quality of the pillowcases. Ive been through 2 in the 8 or so months I've had it. The zips have come u done at the end, and I've renewed them. The zip tabs have snapped off. The zips pull open from the middle. The covers are quite expensive...
