The Snug Hug is comfortable and works well. Although the instructions are fairly brief even I managed to pair it to my phone so i can listen to calming music to get me off to sleep and distracted from the street noise outside my house.

I do love it more than a v pillow. The head part is a bit too hard and high to sleep on however I can feel how it bugs you and much more comfortable to lay with it wrapped around you and lean phone or book on. So all in all I’m happy with my purchase

I purchased the Snug Hug for my teenage son. He suffers from insomnia, anxiety and ADHD. He has shared with me that his sleeping is more comfortable and he is having less disturbed sleep. The only thing we have found is that it is difficult to put the cover on the Snug Hug and that the covers need to have reinforced seams and heavier duty zippers, as the seams pop easily and the zipper breaks under the strain of the pillow.
