Very easy order and delivery experience. We love the new runner and how it looks in our home. The install took a little longer than expected because we didn’t order the recommended staple gun and couldn’t sink the staples easily. The Anderson Tuftex is also a very stiff carpet to work with so it takes quite a bit of muscle and manipulation. Worth the effort and money though!

From the ordering process to the delivery, everything was great! We found the DIY videos to be perfect and really great at helping us to install the runner by ourselves. We easily installed the runner in half of a Saturday with zero experience ever installing carpet or doing anything similar. Buy the runner! Wish we did it sooner! Keith's step-by-step videos made the installation such an easy process. I always wanted a stair runner but the quotes we got were too expensive and I didn't think we could DIY because of the L-shape landing.
