A novice to growing houseplants and Houseplant Shop has provided the best and nicest little flora anyone could ask for! My Polka Dot plant arrived well irrigated and in a little shock from the trip, so I added more soil, a small amount of H2O and not only did she perk right up—she joined my new family of plants only to thrive.

A favorite for sure! The colors are so vibrant and this beauty's leaves fold up at dusk. A fabulous accent against the other plants. Houseplant Shop provides information about caring for these wonderful plants which makes it easy for a novice like me to enjoy them instead of worrying about harming them.

I was excited to receive my new plants from House Plant Shop. I ordered the Pet Friendly Variety Bundle, which includes a Spider Reverse, Peperomia Thailand, Palm Parlor, and Fern Nidus. While the Palm Parlor and Fern Nidus arrived in good condition, the Spider Reverse's leaves were damaged. I hoped it would recover after watering, but unfortunately, it hasn't improved. :(

The first plant wasn't in the best condition when it arrived. Several leaves had brown spots. I contacted the seller and the plant was replaced in a timely fashion. I appreciated his professional customer service. I will purchase from this shop again.

One plant in the pet friendly bundle (large leaves) is not doing well. I have repotted her and moved her to a new area. Hopefully, she will survive. All other plants look great. Loved the experience and will use you again.

The first one I got I wasn’t completely pleased with but they more than made up for it with this replacement mini monstera. It was so big it barely fit in the box. The trouble I had before was a grower issue that’s bound to happen from time to time. I appreciate the steps they took to resolve the issue

Surprised out of my rocking chair…. This order was arrived black, wilted and out of pot with no soil around plant.. was very upset and disappointed…. After many back and forth communications a replacement plant was sent…. I had no confidence it would be any different than the first… AMAZED and SURPRISED……perfection… plant was still not in pot but the plant was perfect otherwise. Very pleased…. Would definitely consider ordering from this company again.

I named him Zuko, he’s doing very well. It’s been about a year since I first received him in the mail. He’s really low maintenance, and grows really fast. I had to trim him because he grew a new vine and it accidentally broke off… but he’s okay! I live in New York and he stayed by the window all year round. I love it, super awesome plant!
