I do like the high moisture value the balm has- which allows me to wash my hands and not have to immediately have to reapply. I also like that fact that it’s non greasy- in my opinion the scent is so mild and I would have liked it more if it was just a little more scented

Great Tallow. Mild scent, and a bit thicker and slightly tackier in texture than others I've tried - perhaps it's some of the other elements in the balm like the honey. It does absorb nicely and faster compared to others that i've tried without leaving a slick, greasy or slippery lingering effect. That's a huge plus. Overall very happy.

I have been using based balm for at least 2 years now! Recently I have been adding some rosehip oil as well and wow! What a combo. Even before the rosehip oil, the tallow makes my skin supple and glowy. It feels amazing. Recently also purchased the lip balm, and I like it! It’s a bit thin, but absorbs nicely. I love this balm. I live in a very dry, sunny climate in New Mexico and this keeps me hydrated all day. It does leave a little bit of a cast but I am very tan. It's not noticeable to anyone but me, and it's not a typical bright, 'white' cast, which helps. Son, this stuff is keyed in. I found out about Based Balm after I bought some other tallow product, so I had to wait for a few months to use up the other stuff. When my Based Balm came in and I finally got to use it, I could tell a remarkable difference in quality of the ingredients. Great texture and wonderful smell.
Side note- dogs will want to lick it off your face. You’ll be an instant hit when a girl introduces her dog for the 1st time. I’m 3 for 3.
