We used to buy this at the world market, but they don't sell it anymore. It is the tastiest sauce ever. Well balanced, not too hot. Good on eggs, meat, as a marinade. As a dipping sauce. I bought 3 bottles! Just an extraordinary product, and of a shelf full of sauces, this is our favorite, no contest.

Oryx salts are worth searching for all over the internet. I was relieved to find them, and happy they are on a Fair Trade site. My family discovered Oryx several years ago, and we just cannot go without. Especially their Smoked Desert Salt. It brings the simplest dish to gourmet status. And the complex dish to umami. Seriously. You have to try the Smoked Desert Salt by Oryx. Thank you, Swahili Modern, for carrying it!

I love the basket itself, except it arrived slightly damaged. I’m not happy with customer service response as I feel they should have offered me a free exchange. I’m a long time, repeat customer. The deep purple in the basket is very pretty though. Maybe I’ll color in the scratched part with a marker. Not what I expected to do for a $100 basket!!!
