So useful! I bought this to use as a bathroom trash can but it's too pretty to cover with a trash bag. Now I use the basket in my bedroom as a holder for scarves. Quite nice and well made.

Lovely I first saw these baskets at West Elm, for a higher price, and thought they were beautiful. When I stumbled upon them at Swahili Modern, cheaper, I decided to buy it. We are using the basket as a planter for an indoor plant and it looks wonderful! It is very sturdy and well made and of course supports a wonderful cause!

Limping hippo. I bought a hippo carving for a friend who is very fond of this particular animal. Its a nice item. There is one problem, though. One of its legs is shorter than the other three. I'll point it out when I give it to her.

After first several uses, appears to be well constructed. It is smaller than appears in the photo, so check the measurements to make sure it's what you want. I did and am very happy with its size. It is not too big to carry on the wrist or in-hand. I bought it for poolside use and ended up carrying it through the airport for travel. It was functional and fun.
