The quality and flavor of the lard is excellent. I put it in pint and quart sized containers, wrote the expected expiration date on them and put all but one in the freezer. The last one I keep in the fridge and have used several times already. I would definitely order from them again. A years worth of quality fat at a good price.

I will never pan fry a steak in anything but beef tallow. Fat works wagyu beef tallow is an essential home cooking ingredient for me now. Tallow flavor is almost as good as butter, with a pretty high smoking point, no aftertaste, no inflammatory issues as with vegetable oils.

Your products arrived very nicely packaged! I was impressed with the brown paper wrapping instead of some plastic something. The jars are very nice, too. This is real tallow from kidney fat! And it makes a huge difference when using for skin care. Other "tallows" I have used, I learned, were cut with different beef fats, which ends up making it have a greasy feel on the skin. Will be buying again!
