Is there anything better in the kitchen than Fatworks Wagyu Beef Tallow? Nope! I have a cast iron dutch that I keep full of it for frying. Use it to grease any and all pans before, during, and after cooking. The flat top grill and tallow pair so perfectly for getting that crisp on your steaks or burgers. Adding that perfect savory to veggies and potatoes. Also works great as chapstick if your lips are feeling a little dry with the added bonus of tasting great steak all day long

For some time my wife has used olive oil for her Chinese cooking. I purchased a jar of the beef tallow to see how it measures up against the olive oil. Both my wife and I found that the flavors of her dishes improved significantly. Seed oils cannot compare to the richness and complexity that beef tallow brings to cooking. I’ve since ordered a large bucket of beef tallow and will become a regular customer of this company.

This is some top quality leaf lard. I make the best buttermilk biscuits with it as pictured, flour tortillas, and other baked goods. So delicious but also very healthy!

I love this tallow so much I got the tub. I had previously bought a couple of the jars, but go through so much that I had to get the tub. I use it to cook with, eat it right out of the jar and on apply it to my skin. In my opinion, this is the best tallow out there!

Tallow arrived well packaged and undamaged. Tallow is a good color and texture. Great taste as well. 10/10. One opportunity I did find was I think it would be beneficial to know where it came from. Not only is it great to use for cooking anything, red meat, spinach, fish etc. but my 8 month old pup had to get spayed and hernia surgery. She would not eat or drink anything but I used beef tallow in the roof of her mouth to keep something in her for 2 days and it worked! Today she is walking and coming back to life. She would not take peanut butter or yogurt but beef tallow was a lifesaver for her post surgery. I never would have thought!

This product is Great! I can definitely tell the difference between this tallow and a cheaper version of tallow. I have been using it on my Dino Ribs during a resting period. And the quality of this tallow to cheaper tallow is night and day. I wouldn't have thought that, but there is definitely a difference . Love this product!
