I started taking the capsules and it was a great choice. I still love the sea moss gel but sometimes I don't have time to make a smoothie to add it to. I haven't reached the point to where I'll eat it alone lol. The capsules eliminates my need for a smoothie. So I can take my sea moss and get the benefits quickly and easily.

This is our fourth purchase. We are beginning to see the benefits. My husband enjoys his sea moss in his morning smoothies. I on the other hand prefer taking it straight from the jar. It has an applesauce consistency. It is both tasteless and odorless. The company is readily available with questions and is efficient in fulfilling orders in a timely manner. This sea moss gel has already done wonders for me I was having gallbladder problems and since I started adding two tablespoons daily to my cereal, oatmeal, or smoothie it has made a miraculous difference toward a healthy bowel flow and I have much more energy each day I can’t recall ever using a product that has made an immediate positive impact towards my health it’s a must have for me and I’m absolutely loving it !!!!

I absolutely love your organic premium sea moss. My son has been suffering from mucus buildup since he became a teenager. My body must’ve really been craving the nutrients in this product - so much that when I tried it for the first time my energy level took quite a boost, and I decided I should only take it in the mornings. I just got my first jar. I’ve been taking it everyday for almost a month. I love it! Everytime I take it I feel an instant boost of energy. Being consistent has payed off. One thing I noticed was how much mucus and congestion I was breaking up after taking it. I love that all I need is a spoonful or 2 and I’m complete for the day! I also used it as a face mask and I saw a change in the redness of my skin which was nice.

To be honest I'm not sure if I'm feeling any different maybe more energy maybe but they said you know it could take a month or so to feel any different or effects of the product.
