I love that it helps with my arthritis inflammation that causes my arthritis to go berserk with pain but this Seamoss really does reduce that also my bones and joints used to always pop now when I get up from praying my knees are not pop popping all the way to I stand up it makes such a big difference in me and my husband's life and I love the raw form I love participating in making my own sea moss with the raw, thank you and thank you again.
