Great bike for the price but the pedal assist sensor isn't great. I think there's only one sense per revolution so when starting from a standstill, the motor applies power for far too long so it's easy to crash into something if in a tight space. Similarly, the motor applies the same high power regardless of cadence, so the motion is really jerky at lower speeds. Still has a speed wobble after tightening the crap out of the stem screws. Battery in rear slaps around like crazy if I hit a bump. That said, super torque, super fast. Would buy again, but I hope these two issues get addressed!

I really like the bike so far. Has tons of good features and plenty of power. I guess the only thing that I’m having issues with is that I have to add air to the air shock every time I take it for a ride. I’ve never had a bike before with an air shock so maybe that’s normal, I just figured it would hold air longer than it does. Other than that it’s a really good bike.

Freedom bike is awesome I’m having fun riding. It’s always a fun ride day. My issue is that the bike does wobble in the rear. What I do is go over and tighten the middle section bracket screws which I have noticed come loose when I come back from riding. And noticed less wobble when they are tight . What I noticed also that there is a gap between the two brackets that hold the shock. It seems like it needs metal washers or spacer’s to fill that gap. My Freedom Bike arrive damaged. The container had no signs of damage so it's hard to figure just how the bike was damaged. The luggage rack had be pushed down and the back fender had a big crease in it. I have sent photos to the company and they said they would send a new fender when available. The Bike its self is terrific! I am having lots of fun with it and it seems to be well built. I don't have many miles on it yet so I have no experience with how well it will hold up.

Overall everything went well until the final step in assembly. The assembly video shows the rear fender assembled onto the bike during shipment which is not correct. In fact, it seems to assume there might be damage and how to repair the rear fender. I believe perhaps there were previous problems shipping with the rear fender attached so they are now shipped with the rear fender separate and therefore needs to be installed. When I received it it had a slight tear in one of the Velcro straps that hold the bag to the rack. No biggie. It is still a nice bag and can be used. I just need the bike delivered so I can put it on.

I really love the power and speed when I have to get out into traffic however having a 45 amp controller does eat up a lot of the battery and now I see why there are 2 batteries included . As far as having the second battery , the bike is a little unstable because of where the rack is located , if it had been closer to the seat post like the 2023 model there wouldn't be any wobbling so to speak . The customer service at wired is outstanding. The only issue I had with the new controller box brackets is the holes needed to be enlarged a little bit for it to fit right other than that it works fine. They also shipped it out to me super fast which was great. The new 2024 plus model design is much better then the old controller box.

It is better than I anticipated. I love the power and the ability to personalize the pedal assist. Motor temperature is also appreciated. If it had a torque sensor it would have received all 5 stars. The percentages displayed of battery use when the bike is in the early stages of a ride seems to drop too quickly and then holds for a long time at 90%.

It is a well made bag, and fits nicely on the rack of my Wired Freedom. The main area of the bag is spacious and may be extended upwards for larger capacity, and the panniers easy extend downwards for good carrying space.
