Bike feels literally dangerous at 20mph+ - front end wobbles badly at any bump. I’ve re-tensioned the spokes, re-seated the front wheel, tightened down the head as much as I can, to no effect. I plan to call the Wired team this week to review options, including potentially returning it if there is no way to get it safe.

Great concept for mounting and quick release. Issue is that the basket is very fragile. My bike tipped over on soft grass and that was enough to split the rim of the basket in two making it useless. Sure, user error, the bike shouldn't be allowed to fall over, but also given the heavy duty build and performance of the bike I would think the OEM branded accessories would be built to the same caliber.

A big disappointment, a bad purchasing investment. The rear rack doesn't fit although I was sent a new rear fender and the derailleur guard is bent. I did not realize I was going to be responsible for fabricating the parts that don' t fit. After purchasing on line bikes, this the first I have to fix right out of the box.
