Love the bike so far. Well built, even though it is heavy it moves very well too. The handlebars should be replaced with a lower version. The tires should be a little more aggressive. I'm not riding on street, especially since it's a mountain bike, hence the lower handlebar would be good. I just ordered one and it was only 29. When I received it it had a slight tear in one of the Velcro straps that hold the bag to the rack. No biggie. It is still a nice bag and can be used. I just need the bike delivered so I can put it on.

Been riding my bike into work everyday and the few gripes I have is the back end rattles a bit if I hit a bump and the reflector that goes in the front wheel fell out on day one so now I only have the rear reflector. Some other small gripes are the latch for adjusting the seat height seems very flimsy and requires me to use an Allen wrench to tighten it instead of the intended latch and the seat is a bit firm. Very happy with the bikes performance. The rack was bent in transit and I was not able to get it satisfactorily bent back so it would fit correctly. I did email WIRED to get a replacement but haven't heard back yet. Also had to take it to the bike shop to get the manual shifting adjusted. Other than that the bike is a beast. Great bike, 45 mph on flat, empty roads. Got a bit of wobble that supposedly can be corrected by tightening the stem, have ridden since I tightened the stem. Also, PA sometimes doesn't engage right away after a long stop. Still, range and speed are great.

Waited to ride over 200 miles before review. Very impressed, very fast, 7th gear keeps up with top speed. (No ghost pedaling) And let me say my top speed was a bit higher than some reviews on YouTube. (My state has no restrictions) I really like that you don't have to use an app.. A simple display, Brakes are excellent. Range is great. I am an avid skier in the winter months, this bike has balanced my adrenaline for the warmer months.

It's a solid phone holder. It has a lock feature to secure your phone even further while you ride. Note: it's not an anti theft lock, it locks the springs in place, holding your phone in tight. I have a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra and even that monster fits just fine.

This Bluetooth speaker can really put out the sound and it sounds good. I can use Bluetooth or a multimedia card or an input Jack so nice options. I haven’t tried the speedometer yet. The two brackets holding the controller to the frame are molded using very cheap plastic…Lexan or some composite plastic would be much better…though I am riding the Freedom on a lot of off road trails. I will need to upgrade the front forks soon because they do not dampen well and rebound is quite clunky. Overall, I’m happy with the motor, controller and display module. 300 miles so far.

A tiny bag to go with a huge bike. [Other brand's] snap-on bag was way bigger but also just too small and did not snap onto any of the bars of the back of the Freedom 2024, so I ordered this, assuming and not thinking of the measurements. Even with panniers, this holds less and feels less quality than my last bag. And it is mounted via velcro straps as opposed to the convenient snap-on my last bag had.
