I love this artwork of Judy. It brought tears to my eyes. She died 2 years ago and I have it hanging in my bedroom. Her eyes, muzzle and her wonky ears are all exactly as I remember her.

This picture was a gift to friends who lost their dog unexpectedly. When I wasn't happy with the first print, I contacted customer service. Through all the steps, they were so patient and more than anything else, they wanted to make it right. I asked a couple times for a new invoice since they had gone above and beyond but they refused. The final picture was PERFECT. When I gave it to my friends, we all cried since it captured Sadie so beautifully. It is a gift that will be cherished.

I’ve had such an amazing experience with west and willow! I had a picture originally made, the picture I used of one of my pups wasn’t too great, so the portrait didn’t come out as I expected. Customer service helped me less than 24 hours after emailing and I sent a new picture and they made a masterpiece! When I received it, I wasn’t expecting it to be redelivered with another frame, as I was expecting them to want me to use the original/old frame, but it did! They are awesome!

Thank you for the picture of our pup! We have three other ones from you. The other three year of black labs and this is one of the chocolate lab this latest one with the chocolate is different in that it has more colour variation. Thank you for putting your name on the back of it so it’s easy to remember in a few years if I want another one for our puppy wall.

Ordering the portrait was very easy. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect of the product, though. It’s difficult to get a good angle of my parent’s dogs, so the photos I submitted weren’t exactly the best quality. But the finished portrait turned out amazing! It really embodied the personality of each pup. My parent’s loved it! We will definitely be getting another one done for our own doggo.
