I have just received this watch and trying to compare it with my fitbit versa it has more things than fitbit .some things I would like a answer for when downloading watch faces and to change faces it's looks like I have to download the same face again I don't know what spo2 is and Ai voice

I am extremely pleased with the Health Watch. The whole process from ordering /tracking/delivery was first class. The watch looks good and performs well and is comfortable to wear. I have one problem which perhaps you can help with.------Under settings I scroll down to Ring and vibration and I set it to Ring and Vibration but the watch only vibrates. Can you advise how to turn the sound up ? Thank you.

I'm very pleased I bought the Healthwatch due to serious cardiac issues post-Covid vaccines. It allows me to have immediate reassurance. The watch took a long time to get to me, but worth the wait. Great watch, easy to use, but I would have liked an instruction booklet. I figured it out myself but I am sure there are a few tips & tricks I could learn. eg - like wearing the watch to bed, every time you lift your arm the watch lights up when you are trying to get to sleep. I purchased 3 watches...one for my mom, sister and myself. So far it has been wonderful. Easy to set up and use. My mom is 87 years old and she loves it. She can track her steps, look at blood pressure and heart rate and so much more. We all love the smart watch......especially where we can make and receive phone calls!!!! The watch worked perfectly till a few weeks ago. It does not seem that the winder does its job anymore. I have to push a number of times to see the screen and sometimes the screen does not show off anymore. Any suggestions as to hot to fix it? Is there a replacement available? Many thanks Urszula

not sure how accurate the blood pressure is. seems little high. everything else is fine. one more thing can't seem to change the temperature to fahrenheit..tried different things. no success

I love seeing my heart rate and steps taken at a glance. This watch is very senior friendly. The band is very soft and comfortable to wear. The only thing I would change is the face does not stay lit very long. It is hard for these senior eyes to focus in on the readings before the screen goes black. All in all I would recommend this highly and I give it a rating of 10!!

I already had a previous version of the Health Watch which had served me very well. This one is even better though!! Easy to set up and use. Youtube videos are helpful although sometimes the speech is a little unclear. I like the fact you can now phone and photograph from the watch. Wide choice of watch faces to choose from. Much cheaper than the other health watches available - why spend a fortune on a Fitbit when you can have this one instead? Highly recommended

This is my second health phone. The first one I had for almost 3 years. I never had a problem with it. The strap broke so I bought this one. I like the performance and the ease of setting it up. I have sleep apnea so this watch helps me to continually record my sleep, it helps a lot.
