I can’t not connect with my Samsung A32 5G android I been try it and the guide is not Really write big enough yo read it so he seems like i wasted $80 Something dollar's for nothing. He looks beautiful i will love it To wear and used can’t not even change the time . Regards Giuseppina

Had this watch a couple of days now and it seems to work ok. I love that there are many face gallery options It’s really easy and quick to change it. There are a few questions that I need to ask to help me understand the watch a bit more but I think I’m going to be happy with it.

I'm very pleased I bought the Healthwatch due to serious cardiac issues post-Covid vaccines. It allows me to have immediate reassurance. The watches were delivered very quickly I haven't really taken it off since I been quite impressed with it so far they only a couple of things that have bugged me so far, the screen only stays on for a second before turning off, it may be able to be adjusted but I haven't worked that out yet I tried sleeping with it on and the face kept coming on and would wake me up, my favourite part of the watch is the charging Pad, works brilliantly

The watch took a long time to get to me, but worth the wait. Great watch, easy to use, but I would have liked an instruction booklet. I figured it out myself but I am sure there are a few tips & tricks I could learn. eg - like wearing the watch to bed, every time you lift your arm the watch lights up when you are trying to get to sleep. Great item only having trouble with one item on the watch is the blood pressure program it always shows high went and had it checked blood pressure was almost perfect at Dr office .this is on watch purchases black and rose gold

Good value for it's price. This is my second purchase. The earlier model is quite accurate with the BP readings but not this newer model. Both the systolic and diastolic BP is 25~30 mm Hg higher than the actual BP.

I like the watch & it works great but I started noticing the strap was staring irritate My wrist and the last time I wore it there were 3 tiny blisters under the back of the watch itself. I don’t know exactly what the issue is. Maybe you ca help because I would like to wear it again. Sheldon

I have just received this watch and trying to compare it with my fitbit versa it has more things than fitbit .some things I would like a answer for when downloading watch faces and to change faces it's looks like I have to download the same face again I don't know what spo2 is and Ai voice

I am extremely pleased with the Health Watch. The whole process from ordering /tracking/delivery was first class. The watch looks good and performs well and is comfortable to wear. I have one problem which perhaps you can help with.------Under settings I scroll down to Ring and vibration and I set it to Ring and Vibration but the watch only vibrates. Can you advise how to turn the sound up ? Thank you.

I purchased 3 watches...one for my mom, sister and myself. So far it has been wonderful. Easy to set up and use. My mom is 87 years old and she loves it. She can track her steps, look at blood pressure and heart rate and so much more. We all love the smart watch......especially where we can make and receive phone calls!!!! The watch worked perfectly till a few weeks ago. It does not seem that the winder does its job anymore. I have to push a number of times to see the screen and sometimes the screen does not show off anymore. Any suggestions as to hot to fix it? Is there a replacement available? Many thanks Urszula

I really enjoy my watch it looks amazing and keeps good time has lots of different options I use sleep which really doesn’t keep accurate it off ! Not sure about how accurate the heart rate is and blood pressure which I am going to purchase to see if it’s close to it but it’s nice to know what your heart rate !
