Fabulous customer service right from the beginning, I was kept up to date with the progress, sent a draft of the picture and was able to make changes at that point if I needed to, although I didn’t as it was perfect! I was told when it was dispatched and it arrived the next day. Very quick. The quality of the picture is amazing, couldn’t recommend them enough! Hi! I'm from the UK but bought this pillow for my friend in Australia. They loved it. The turquoise colour I chose looked a little more light blue in the photos they sent. However, still really happy with how it turned out and the adjustments they made to my request (wanted his dog a little bigger). Would defo recommend for a wholesome Christmas gift.

I was so excited to buy this for my Mum for Christmas!
