It was found to be broken inside. I’m not sure if this is intended design or something. But the cotton exposed just got smelly after one play and we can’t clean it :(((

I like it, but I think it is not useful for my lovely dog. When he sees the Dental Chew, he doesn't care about the holder and have a big bite then he easily takes out the whole chew and enjoys it... haha(he is not a big dog, just a senior pug)
