Delivered quickly with the additional filter. Water tastes better. Install was a little tight under the sink but I got around it. Not actually tested the water with any strips yet to see what is removed so just trusting the Company that it does what it is advertised to. It certainly wasn’t quite as straightforward to fit as you are led to believe. You will need tools. As we have plastic push fit piping we had to remove a section and cut it down in order to make everything fit. The device is also quite heavy and my husband wasn’t too convinced about it just hanging between the pipe and the tap fitting. However you can really taste the difference in the water. For years now our tap-water has been undrinkable, smelling strongly of chlorine and tasting metallic. I had this fitted and as I live on my own I think it took a couple of days before the water was filtering fully. Amazingly better taste to my water after using a jug filter for years. Could not be more pleased with my water filter!! The water tastes great and the filter is definitely doing its job because my kettle stays clean (it didn’t with my Brita filter, despite the fact that I changed the filters regularly). I decided I needed a pro plumber as my cold pipe had to be shorted by 4 inches to stop a kink in the process, but really pleased to have great, filtered water on tap. Initially I was sceptical as the filter did not fit until my sink due to how the pipes were laid. However, after some emails back and forth, a part was sent to me which meant I could install it. It was easy and quick to install and the taste is a remarkable difference than before. The awful smell of chlorine has gone. The water is clean and clear and tastes so much better. Bought one for myself and one for my daughter. My son-in-law fit mine in less than five minutes, however, my daughter had to buy a part for the under-sink piping to fit it, so it all depends on the plumbing you have as to how easy to fit.
