Absolutely love these workout bands and how they have multiple levels of difficulty for different exercises and workouts! The only reason I gave 4/5 stars was because they do l eave quite a string smell of silicone/elastic on the skin after use. Other than that these bands are incredible and really help get the job done with a bit challenge!!!
