The sweater portion is thick knit and soft. Second, it has a cute oversized fit. For reference, she is 5'7" about 160lbs. She wears a medium in women's tops and I purchased a medium in this jacket. Last, it is a really unique piece and not something that every other teen would be wearing. She loves standing out and being different....
