The braided wig is done excellently well. It fits well and is comfortable. Would definitely order more in time to come. However there is one small hitch, Poshglad wigs needs to be more attentive towards answering queries. The chat on the site received no reply and the email didn't either. That was disappointing. Customer service needs a bit of a brush-up.
