The service from Chris who installed my barrier was excellent. The barrier is very strong, my only issue was using the key to fold it down. It was quite difficult & then one of the installers realised that you have to gently push the barrier forward to release the lock. Other than that it’s perfect.

Quickly resolved an issue that went on for several weeks I had trying to get replacement keys for my security bollards.

Scott the fitter was brilliant, cant speak highly enough of the service and his advice and politeness, amazing. the product is superb and looks great too. Really pleased.

Original difficulty ordering extra cam lock keys was overcome by making a phone call. The website does not make it clear about the key code. It says you must give the invoice number and key code when ordering but the web page does not ask for the information. When I phoned I was told to order the required keys and they would email requesting the information. Otherwise excellent service.

Both Scott on installation and Colin with later trouble shooting were excellent. Very impressed with both. It’s a necessary safety device for our vehicles. The lock mechanism has potential to stick unless being cleaned regularly, and can be fiddly. But the ram post does the job, gives peace of mind and is certainly a worthwhile purchase.

Looks good, does the job. Peace of mind. Excellent fitters. Excellent contact with the company. Would recommend highly. I am hoping future support is there if needed.

Quick delivery good product..Dean the installer was a very polite and tidy worker. So all in all very happy with purchase.

Bollard was bought to replace one where the lock broke. (It was impossible to access and/or repair the lock.). I could not order extra keys when ordering new bollard and, after ordering the keys (and paying for them separately), I was advised that you were unable to produce the extra keys. Don't think this particularly satisfactory. John.

The office staff were very helpful when deciding what Bollards to order & the fitting team ( Deans team ) were really professional in their work. I would recommend them.

The fitting kit is very good and was easy to fit, the only problem being the toughness of the concrete that I had to drill. The drill bit supplied with the kit was very good and can be used again in the future. The only complaint that I have is that it took over a week for my order to be accepted and then nearly another week for the kit to be delivered. I know you were short of staff but I would have still expected better service.
