Very helpful and responsive company. I choose them as they are a family business and had very good videos of the products on YouTube. The delivery was delayed through no fault of their own. For some reason the courier returned it to the depot. When I enquired with sbd they came back to me immediately with details and processes very quickly. I had a bit of a disagreement with Dean the installer as I thought the bollards would be flush with the ground like my neighbours. However in view of the fact our dive is laid on sand with overhanging trees the best solution is have them raised slightly to avoid loads of rubbish getting in to block the system. fantastic knowledged and experience. The Bollard arrived on time and the installation date given was ok and Dean the installer came and advised me that i needed to get another Bollard to make it effective so i ordered a 2nd one and Colin at Secrurity Bollards was very helpful and also gave me a small discount which was highly recommended. We needed to match the existing bollard after we had our driveway extended. This was easily arranged with the same lock as the original so we only need one key to operate both bollards. The stainless steel is easy to maintain and looks very smart as well as being functional. Dean and colleagues installed it in good time and we are very pleased with the result.

This is a really sturdy and well built security post and I would definitely recommend it. The online video installation guide is very clear and helpful and the chem-fix that comes supplied with the installation kit is easy to use in a standard mastic cage and sets quickly and solidly.

The pole itself is manufactured to a very high standard. The installation was carried out quickly and professional by a couple of very competent installers. The install took around an hour from start to finish. It is easy to use, very strong (if it was to be hit) and it looks really smart. After seeing it my neighbour is contemplating getting one too.

Have had two stainless steel rise and fall bollards before. Received our moving date and ordered four more for new property.
