This is my first time buying coffee beans and making coffee. The price is comparable to other roasters but this is swiss water decaffeinated which is a much expensive process. I m not a coffee connoisseur and i drink it with a straw to avoid teeth stain. I m just drinking this for antioxidants and not for taste. Nothing much to add that hasn’t already been said — it’s hard to find good, affordable Swiss water decaf beans here. Since I don’t use them to make pourovers I don’t need complexity, just a good base. These for the bill and are always freshly roasted.

Got the Ethiopian Apex Trio on a whim. While I usually get single origin, I got this instead as the Ethiopian single origin was out of stock. Wasn't disappointed. Wait for a little less than a week after roasting to degas for best experience. It works great for both espresso and V60. I tasted hints of berry with a floral scent. It's also very light so you can drink more without the jitteriness if you're so inclined.

Coffee is a fresh food. I have learned it from a great coffee Meister who had invented 60 degree paper filter in Japan. Cowpresso coffee are real fresh beans and I am satisfied with the pleasant aroma and taste. It is a relax and happy time to look at the swelling dome of coffee powder when brewing a cup of coffee in every morning 😄

The coffee came really quickly and is a pleasant, funky brew! I definitely smell the fermentation so I wouldn't recommend it to those who aren't huge fans of funky, winey coffees. But worth trying if you want to be adventurous!

Tried this coffee for the first time and loved it! Santos is my usual choice from the range, but this one is very tasty too. A bit more acidic compared to Santos, but not overwhelming. I prefer drinking it without any food or sweets to keep tasting the coffee itself :)

I really like the decaf. Usually it's hard to find decent decaf. This tastes like proper coffee. Will order again. I appreciate the chance to drink less caffeine but still enjoy a cup of coffee in the afternoon.
The delivery company was awful though. It took them three attempts to deliver--even though I was home 2of3 times they didn't or ring the buzzer.

It was my first time purchasing and roasting green coffee beans (Brazil, Santos) but it turned out really great. I aimed at medium to dark roast and made coffee with hand drip. The coffee tastes delicious too! Loved the experience and definitely continue to try different beans from Cowpresso :)

First experience buying a bag of Geisha beans. These are more towards a darker roast, so the aroma and complexity is masked when it is freshly brewed but come through as the cup cools. I've tried this on a V60 and Aeropress and prefer the cleaner mouth feel of the V60 for this variety.

Finally, got my first single dose flat burr grinder. I like that I can upgrade the DF64 with SSP burr. The built is solid and heavy like a barbel. A big difference with the quality of coffee grounds it produce, no clumps. I feel I don't need a WDT tool. Quiet than my built-in grinder. Espresso taste was better. It's a nice experience!

Great experience and great grinder. Initially my coffee grinder (Lelit William) arrived with some minor damage due to transport. Cowspresso sprung into action replacing and coming to my house late on Friday to instal the damaged item (scratched hopper) - outstanding service! The grinder itself is amazing, it has transformed my morning coffee ritual. I would give six stars if I could for not only a great product but the best customer service I have ever experienced!
