Best roasted to medium at the most. As it gets darker, it shifts to a more bitter (and hard to get pressure) for espresso. Still good, especially when blended with Indian beans.

Occasionally the pods get stuck in the Nespresso machine, but it’s easy to fix. I love that I can switch between the 2 different flavour profiles depending on what I feel like and I think the taste is much nicer than Nespresso!

Did a V60 pour over. you might have to adjust the grind size coarser than the usual, and use lower temperature water for these beans to get the flavour profile listed. But yes, it is beautiful coffee from beautiful beans still. Will definitely be trying out more of your beans over time. Very nice and well thought out personal packaging as a whole too. Making the whole experience very friendly and heart felt! Great job! :)

Since my Jura grinder doesn't take well to beans too oily I have been mixing this tasty dark roast with Golden Cup Blend to get the hearty flavour for milk based drinks. Makes a great latte or flat white

Arrived quickly, beans are very fresh, lots of bloom during the brewing process. Nice tasting, quite complex, strong but sweeter rather than outright bitter. Only con is that it's roasted pretty dark, don't think it's a true medium roast as labelled on the packaging. More like a medium-dark roast? A slightly lighter roast would probably bring the unique flavours out a bit better.
