Such a unique coffee! You can definitely smell the fruity notes when you open the bag. Although I usually do not lean towards the acidic coffees, I did like this one a lot!

Still testing and tasting out the beans, especially to get the lychee taste from a pourover. Pls recommend the grind size on df64, temp of water, input-output ratio. Has a slightly more sweet taste when the coffee is cooler. Is this your experience too? Pls comment.

I'm normally not a big fan of the acidic roasts but this one is very sublte. The balance between chocolate flavors, citrus and rhubard is very nice ! 👍

no sourness which is great! the flavour seemed just right too. I ground 2 tablespoons worth of beans per cup of coffee which is the perfect amount for me. These beans will probably last me quite a while so the price is definitely a plus point too

The delivery came the next day. Super fast. The Yirgacheffe is a medium roast. Lighter more acidic than Golden Cup. Both goes well with milk. NOTE: if you have a promo code to apply, remember to check that it Is applied before pressing pay. I forgot to check and ended up paying full price (was annoyed by it) Also I did not get a reply from Cowpresso, when I wrote in to inquire about the problem. :(
