I personally make pour overs. The first mouthful of the filter Nanyang roast was amazing. I could immediately tell I was tasting caramel. Low acidity and full bodied coffee lovers will enjoy it a lot!

I love this decaf more than my caffeinated beans. The aroma and smell of the beans is so sweet and fruity. Just handgrinding the beans itself is a wonderful moment. However, the decaf process description in the website (water alone cannot be used) leaves me wondering if the beans are truly Swiss water decaffeinated (use only water) or just clever play of words.

Interesting bean. At the de-gas stage, I brewed the beans and it does have that mint chocolate taste(milk based).. Now, it's more towards sweet cup of black milk tea. Interesting!
