I love boba, but where I live in rural Wales, there aren't any boba shops. I have been making it, but this is a great alternative to the finicky process of boiling the tapioca pearls just right! The flavours are excellent, though some I think may be too sweet (and I have a sweet tooth!), but the popping boba flavours have all be lovely.
