There was a bit of a snag in the process due to the item being damaged in the process of delivery , but customer service sorted the issue out so quickly , honestly the best service I had received in years. Loving the Mat and considering buying another as the one we purchased looks so stylish and durable that we no longer want to put it in the kids room and rather show it off in the living space. Playmat is exactly what we were after...its thick and soft enough that we don't have to worry about our son falling over when trying to reach for things or learning to crawl. Wasn't the cheapest option but its the thickest one I could find and we are very happy we did. We would buy it again

This mat is lovely. It is thick and soft enough for the kids to rough play and fall around on and not hurt themselves, or when the toddler rolls out bed he has a soft cushion. It doesn't slip or crumple and wipes clean easily. I strongly recommend it.

I bought this wonderful play mat for my infant son but when my 5 year old came home and discovered it he was elated. He loves it, especially the roads. It's a wonderful soft material to play on and nice and thick. It's a decent size (tricky to store) but great for playing and rolling around on. I think it will be well used by both for years to come.

Bought the factory defect map. I have no idea what is defective because it looks perfect. 2 Fingers thick and comfortable to play on. Better than all the mats I previously owned. Waterproof and has minor grooves to prevent slipping when wearing thin socks. Feels durable.
