This is a great tool. It is setup to provoke you to think and to take action. The problem is not with the journal, but with me being more consistent each day and week. I enjoy how each entry starts with Scripture memory and then gratitude, prayer and then a piece of intentionality with the Today, I Will section. I felt instantly drawn to Daily Kairos as soon as I saw the advertisement. I had been wanting to find something like it for quite some time but did not know of anything like it. I’ve been using this journal for about a month now. Initially, I wasn’t sure it would make that much difference but am pleasantly surprised that it has! The key word to describe it is FOCUS. Lord knows (no pun intended) there are tons of journaling and personal study resources available. After trying some of them, I've found Daily Kairos works the best for me. It keeps me disciplined in prioritizing time in His Word. I love the format of daily pages, and then being able to review and recap at the end of each week.
