I was excited to receive my cooler only to find that one of the wheel has already fallen off. It appears when it was made they jammed the wheel rod in to hard which caused the cooler to crack. This then caused the black rubber washer to disappear into the cooler. So my husband fixed it the best he could and we will hope for the best.
