It is my understanding that VIP members get everything which is why i signed up for that level of membership. I am confused, however, as to why the Dumpling Dish super bundle has been offered to new and non-members and VIP members are not offered it. This in essence puts the VIP members behind the new or non-members. I have had the bionic 2014 since Craftsy and bonza 2019 from years ago. I would like to have the mini bag and the dumpling dish but VIPs have not been offered that option. My ...

This purchase and my other purchase were both a Big Mistake! No, customer service at all. I have emailed and what I received back was a sarcastic letter basically saying that since I sent the email, that I was stupid for asking... The second email was apologizing for the first that Sally was having a bad day, sorry for the hateful email. WOW! You have lost a customer, and I will spread the word that this is a non-support business, you just want to sell and not support the customer.
