This purchase and my other purchase were both a Big Mistake! No, customer service at all.
I have emailed and what I received back was a sarcastic letter basically saying that since I sent the email, that I was stupid for asking... The second email was apologizing for the first that Sally was having a bad day, sorry for the hateful email. WOW!
You have lost a customer, and I will spread the word that this is a non-support business, you just want to sell and not support the customer.
