I bought this mostly for hair health, it works great as a face mask too. My hair is coarse, 2b 2c curly, frizzy hair, hard to tame, long (past shoulders). I find this has really helped manage the health of my hair and bring out more shine and natural curl in such a short time.
I tried this as an overnight hair mask it was a bit too drying for me. Instead what I do is mix it with some honey, yogurt, water, half a tablespoon of powder, blend.
