Started using the product and haven’t seen any real/ big changes, hence the three star rating. I am hopeful because I know consistency is the key. The product didn’t take very long to arrive, and there was good communication from the brand before product was delivered. Cleared my skin up beautifully when paired with just water for a face wash! Works wonderfully as a spot treatment overnight and stays on! TERRIBLE!!! I literally ordered and it said that it delivered to me but I never received it, then when I reached out to customer service they emailed me asking for my email and order number and I gave it to them and still haven’t heard back from them since.
