I have been fishing with my new 28inch Mags noodle rod several times since it arrived last week. Fishing a small tungsten jig with wax worms or minnow tails. I really like the sensitivity of this rod and it’s handled walleye up to 20 inches. I love the larger eyelets on the rod. It’s an exceptional fishing tool.

I finally had the chance to get on the ice and give it a go. I got into a mess of smaller panfish, and a nice sized rainbow. The rod was sensitive enough to feel the light bites of the panfish and plenty strong enough for the feisty rainbow. As expected, the power noodle is another quality MAGS product.

Pat and MAGS rods are legit! The MAGS medium is a great rod for the Winnebago system! Soft enough tip to detect a little biting perch to enough backbone to bring Bago eyes topside!

Bought one last year and became my favorite walleye rod instantly. I have the 36in mags medium fast action and it works with small jigs or ripping a big spoon. It works so well I just received my second one I ordered that is the exact same. The back bone on them and the fast tip just makes it the best rod for almost all lures and forsure any size walleye.

Great rod, super light which helps with the fatigue when jigging for walleye. Caught a couple of walleye with it and the sensitivity is UNMATCHED by any other rod I have! This is my first MAGS rod, but surely not my last!

12’ spiral wrapped 8lb-15lb rod is an absolute beast. The fish that this rod has handled is insane. The rod has outlasted 2 Diawa lexa 300’s and years of skien abuse. 100 percent will be the only float rod I purchase. Take my word for the strength and durability of this rod, it’s amazing. Took about 4 week to receive my rods that i ordered. Ordered 2 7ft mod fast action. Amazing rods for trolling crankbaits for walleye and also awesome live bait rods. If you are in the market for a new ice panfish rod, get it. By far the BEST panfish rod for ice I have used. It's sensitive and has a great backbone. I've had mine for about 2 years and most of the guys who panfish with me have ended up getting one too.

The 7,2 ml is the closest thing to an all purpose river smallie rod I’ve ever found. Nimble and light enough in the tip to throw 1/16 ounce finesse bait but beefy enough to throw a heavier top water. The craftsmanship is on par if not better than the almost 400 dollar flagship rods I used prior to MAGS.

My buddy introduced me to the Mags Panfish rod while perch and bluegill fishing, it was awesome! After experiencing the bend of the rod and the reliable strength of its backbone I had to snag one. Now I’ve landed some panfish of my own and a couple smallies. The rod also looks clean. I love the feel of the rubber grips. So much fun! 10.5/10

I was amazed how little time it took to take delivery of a custom made rod. The rod looks great and performed well on its first fishing trip. The sun shirt was a really nice bonus! I first heard about these rods from guide Bret Alexander and decided to make a switch from St. Croix rods for a number of reasons. I see no reason to go back.

My 3rd carbon x reel. My daughter, my friends, and I fish GreenBay for whitefish and walleyes. Carbon x reels have a smooth drag and have never failed us in the freezing conditions. Ordering from Mags was fast and easy. Highly recommend!

First use of this rod, paired with Pfluger 40, 30 lbs braid, jigging Manistee Lake for Kings. Landed a 37" (don't know exact weight-no scale). Rod performed superb. 5 min fight twice around the boat until we got it netted. Unfortunately, that was the only fish so far on this rod, but it is now my go to. Very happy with it!

I purchased a light action 28” carbon pre built for Crappie and Sunfish tungsten jigs and was a bit skeptical . Though i didn’t catch any panfish my first ice trip, walleyes were easily brought topside. Great fast tip action with plenty backbone kept fish pinned to the finish. Jigging control of tungsten jigs was very good. Excellent purchase

Quality is top notch, per usual! Set this up while pan fishing and was able to put 12 fish topside with it!! Super happy to add another Mags rod to my arsenal. I love being able to have a dedicated Jaw Jacker rod that’s designed specifically for that as well. Can’t wait to test the power of the rod when I get it set up for some bigger fish!

I was instantly impressed when a buddy horsed in a 30+ inch pike on a power noodle. I then went and bought 2 med/light. And soon followed with 2 mediums. These are awesome rods. Highly recommend. Next I want a noodle and then a 45 heavy for lakers!! 5 stars!!!
