On holiday paired so well with poppy it was perfect! While knitting it’s like tiny little happy rainbows throughout. I would definitely use the spun xl base again for a shawl

I adored working with the chartreuse color way. It is easy to knit with and to care for. For this case, I combined it with a Hocus Pocus color way (Thackery Binx) that was made last year, in honor of the new movie release, for a wicked Weekender Light Sweater.

Have made 408 granny squares for a queen-size afghan and these are a couple of them. Love Hue Loco yarn (have collected for several years) and Ms. Nicole is very attentive should you make an ordering mistake (as I did this last time -wrong base). LOVE HUE LOCO!

Hue Loco's Color Riot combo "Yes, I Canyon & Sitting Pretty" -- Be still, my heart! This is even more beautiful in person! Phyllis sock is very comfy on my needles and is not overspun. You could grab any one of these 10 minis to start and the others would all go with them perfectly. How do you do that, Nicole and Hue Loco? I can't wait to start the next color.

Ordered 3 Phyllis mystery sock sets on Christmas day as a present to myself. I was gobsmacked when they arrived. They are beautiful. One set was neutral beiges/sand/blues, one was bright turquoise to golds, and one is incredible reds. Absolutely gorgeous.

The merino dk is so soft, and plush I was a joy to use for crochet! And the colors are so vibrant and stunning! The top is Chinchilly, the bottom is Beatnik and there are some rows in the middle where you can see how perfectly they pair together!

This was a fun grab bag: hot pink semisolid, hot pink speckles, eggplant with speckles, rust semisolid, gold with speckles, and lime green. I am breaking up the bag a little and have already done a ripple T highlighting the green with another full skein one pot colorway.

As always, Hue Loco's yarn was perfection! I came for all the fun variegated and speckled mini sets but STAYED for the semi solids!! It's a relief to know I always have a multitude of options for solids & ready to ship to boot. I used Snowshoe & a Cracked pepper mini for these "Cowabunga Socks" and they're the perfect bovine pairing! :)

I love this miniskein set! I am using it to knit myself a Habitation throw using a skein of dark grey from my deep stash to do alternate stripes. The colors are vibrant and fun, and they really evoke the feeling and aesthetic of the Hocus Pocus movies. The yarn itself is easy to knit with, and I am looking forward to having the finished object for years to come.

Gee M.
This was my first ever Hue Loco purchase, to pair with my first ever attempt at knitting socks. The yarn is beautiful and made the experience of trying to navigate the trickiness of sock knitting so much more bearable. I found myself eagerly anticipating each color change just to see how the next skein would knit up, and it motivated me to finish the second sock right after the first one. The colors harmonize so well both in the skeins and in the finished product.

This color palette works up so beautifully!! I used an extra large hook so it would have a super plushy effect with linen stitch. Another gorgeous & winter favorite infinity scarf with hue loco!

I purchased a set of worsted and a set of Suri silk. Some of the Glow Stick colors are fairly solid and some speckled/multicolor so: to make the resulting fabric less striped and more cohesive/magic, I shifted the Suri up one. This pic is of color one of the worsted held together with color ten of the Suri. This (I hope) will result in a color flow that’s more cohesive and less striped. This is a very low risk decision, as the pic shows. The colors are so delightfully beautiful! I’ve p...

I had the pleasure of knitting 6 skeins of Famers Market’s Wilder base into a Find Your Fade Shawl. I love this base! It took the dye beautifully and felt divine. The blocked shawl is buttery soft. I hope Hue Loco can offer this base again.

I used ash to tie together a scarf made with several variegated yarns. The Phyllis sock is one of my favorite bases to work with for scarves and shawls because the dainty stitches look elegant and the yarn is just a tad stretchy.

I guess I'm rather hooked on Suri Silk as a carry along for my sweaters. I used to always buy kidsilk type of yarns but I tryed Suri Silk when I couldn't find the right color and loved the weight and selection. I've used it on three cardigans now and it just makes my fingers happy!

I striped the currant single sock with a fingering weight handspun, fall-hued gradient. I made it for my favorite nurse at the medical clinic where I have to get monthly, highly uncomfortable treatments. Nurse Kelly makes everything infinitely more comfortable, so I thought she deserved something special!

Kudos to the master dyers who created this colorway Toasted, shown here in moss stitch with Phyllis Sock and Mohair Lace in Toasted held together. The depth of color and richness is doubly emphasized by the two yarns together. There are highlights of cream, pale turquoise, fiery orange gold, cinnamon, and gray with black speckles sprinkled throughout. Amazingly beautiful! Christina F.
I'm pairing Hue Loco mohair/silk (NoWay! 50K!) with merino sock (Four Ice Cream Cones) in the Amazing Technicolor Dreamsweater in order to create a lighter weight fabric. The Westknits pattern calls for singles held double throughout in moss stitch, which is heavier than I want. If you have not tried this delicious mohair/silk yarn, you really should. It is amazingly soft, the drape is awesome, and the aura adds so much to your garment. If I had known how gorgeous the Four ice Cream Cones wo...
